Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • No "low price guarantee" is offered, either directly or through third parties.

  • Prices may vary due to a variety of factors.

  • All booking prices are final and non-negotiable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations over 31 days notice: Eligible for a 90% refund.

  • Less than 30 days notice: 90% credit for a future retreat.

  • One week notice: 50% credit for future retreat use.

  • No-shows: No refunds or credits issued.

  • Retreat cancellation by Life Source Retreats due to low attendance: Full credit for rescheduling, up to $200 USD for flight change fees, and a complimentary spa session.

Excursions and Services Changes/Cancellations

  • Advanced booking recommended for add-on excursions and private sessions.

  • Cancellation/refund requests must be in writing, at least 7 days prior to the appointment or excursion.

Client Responsibility

  • Life Source Retreats is not responsible for any services provided by third parties, including lodging, transportation, and equipment suppliers.

  • Participants are responsible for their own welfare and assume all risks associated with travel.

  • By booking, participants release Life Source Retreats from liability for any incidents during the trip.

  • Adequate insurance coverage, including travel insurance, is strongly recommended.

Booking and Currency

  • Bookings are made in the currency of the retreat location.

  • Currency conversions are for reference only and subject to fluctuation.

Privacy Policy

  • Utilizes Google AdWords Remarketing and third-party advertising.

  • Cookies are used for ad targeting without identifying the user or accessing the device.

  • Options to adjust ad preferences or opt-out are available.
